Shipping policy

By using Arbie Style’s shipping services, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are provided to clearly explain our order processing, shipping, and delivery procedures.

Shipping destinations

  • Currently, Arbie Style ships exclusively within the United States only.
  • For fast and reliable shipping, we partner with USPS and Fed Ex.

Processing time

Processing begins on the day your order is placed. Our standard processing time is typically 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Our order cut off time is 5:00 PM MST. Orders placed after 5:00 PM MST will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping time

Once your order has been processed, the estimated shipping time is 5–7 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays), depending on your delivery location.

Total Delivery time

The total estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days from the date your order is placed, including both processing time and shipping time.

Please note

  • Delivery timeframes may be affected by public holidays, as courier services may operate on limited schedules. Normal delivery operations resume after the holiday period.
  • Incorrect shipping details or unexpected courier delays may also impact delivery times.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

Changing your address

After an order is placed, our fulfillment team will process it within 1–3 business days. If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@Arbie Style.com with your name and order number. 

Please note: address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has already been processed or dispatched.

Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your order after placing it, you may do so within 5 minutes for a full refund. Once this 5-minute cancellation window has passed, your order will begin processing and can no longer be cancelled.

Unexpected delays

In some cases, delivery may take longer than the standard estimated timeframe. If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us and we will assist you where possible.

Parcels damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. If the parcel was delivered while you were unavailable, please reach out to customer support for further assistance.
