Return and Refund Policy

By sending an inquiry or completing a purchase with Arbie Style, you acknowledge and agree to the return and refund terms listed below. These terms apply to customers located in the United Kingdom and the United States.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused or only slightly used and remain in good condition. It must not show significant wear, damage, or missing parts unless the issue was caused by our error.

Items with clear signs of excessive use, damage, or missing components may be refused. Returns submitted more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.

Note: Return requests made more than 30 days after delivery cannot be accepted.

Valid Return Reasons

Returns may be accepted for the following reasons:

  • Damaged product
  • Incorrect item received
  • Size or fit issue

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team with your full name, order number, and reason for return.
  2. We will send you a return form, fill it up and include it in the return package.

  3. When sending the package, use a shipping method that has a tracking code.
  4. Once you have sent the return, send the tracking code to our customer service.

Please pack the product(s) carefully, preferably in the original packaging. Returns without a completed returns form or valid tracking information cannot be accepted.

Return Method

All returned products must be sent back by post. We do not accept returns in person, through kiosks, or at physical store locations.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged or incorrect items: Return shipping costs will be covered by us
  • Voluntary returns or exchanges: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered, contact us promptly so we can assist with a resolution.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Incorrect items received
  • Wrong size

The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the original product and place a new order after your return has been approved.

Refund Process

After your return has been received and inspected, we will contact you to confirm whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be:

  • Returned to the original payment method used for the order
  • Processed within 10 business days
  • Subject to any additional processing time required by your bank or card provider

No restocking fee applies.
